wow I didnt have any of those before practicing …sometimes the best thins come when you are relaxed and not trying for them to happen……i ahve had some lucid dreams and i think 1 or 2 astral projections not really sure …but well what i have discovered its that any meditation those the work ….meditation its to focus on anything right so thats what you need….i use this technique in which I inhale and count 1 then exhale count 2 , inhale 3, exhale 4 and so on …im focusing on how the air goes into my nostrils adn then it gets to my longs and how it goes out all the time……so sometimes I fell asleep but becasue im trying to be awake i wake up and i continue with the number I think I felt asleep , you can do this on 1 to 10 series too…..so you are trying a lot and that makes the lucid dream happen because your consciousness its more awake. Write down your dreams that makes them longer and you can actually notice more anomalies……Another one its binaural beats which its the same focusing on the sound….And one that I think its great for this is to get an app or if you phone has the option of putting a recorded audio on the clock alarm. you can record your voice telling you that you are asleep …the thing its that it has to be in a low volume so that it doesnt alter you.
Another one its to wake up about 4 am and move a little for about 15 minutes when you go down to sleep you reapet to yourself “im dreaming” or “i have a lucid dream” until you fall asleep.

thanks im gald that you like it I want to work on somethign new more complex and sell them i have been looking how to make them on clothe and then sned them but since i live in mexico i think its very expencive to send them but ill keep on looking :)

not yet im on it Im looking for different optiosn the thing its that if I made them of cotton Ill have to make a mass production then im also looking for materials ..theres a psychedelic trance dj called space tribe that those some with very bright colors im trying also to find out what materials he uses. I hope maybe next week ill have some already print and ready to be sold Ill post them :)

im just planning on doing so tomorrow im goign to look for materials or where i can print them and all that sutff I have been checkin etsy and paypal to do this :) ill let you know…but i think if I do mandala designs on tapestry ill do them more complex  hope you like them

you should show me yours  I use mostly photoshop…thansk a lot im glad that u like them sooon ill start selling tapestry of some of them tho the designs are going to be more complex hope you like them too
